Particle Systems emit particles from mesh surfaces for hair, fur, grass, and effects. Particles can be rendered as strands, objects, or collections.
Where to Find It
Select a mesh, go to Particle Properties and click + to add a new particle system.
How to Use
- Emit: Particles emit from vertices, faces, or volume of the emitter mesh.
- Hair: Creates strand-like particles for hair and fur.
- Physics: Control gravity, Brownian, and air drag for particle movement.
- Render: Render as Object, Collection, or Path (for hair).
Pro Tips
- Use Children particles for dense hair without performance cost.
- Use vertex groups to control where particles emit from the surface.
