Audio Transitions smooth the transition between audio clips. The Constant Power crossfade is the most common and sounds natural for most content.
Where to Find It
Effects panel > Audio Transitions > Crossfade. Drag a transition onto an edit point between two audio clips.
How to Use
- Apply: Drag a crossfade transition to the edit point between two audio clips.
- Adjust: Drag the edges of the transition to change its duration.
- Preview: Play the timeline to audition the transition.
- Types: Constant Power (natural), Constant Gain (dramatic), Exponential Fade (smooth fade out).
