Boolean Operations allow you to combine multiple shapes into complex forms using Union, Subtract, Intersect, and Exclude operations. They are essential for icon design and custom shape creation.
Where to Find It
Select multiple shapes and click one of the Boolean icons in the top toolbar: Union, Subtract, Intersect, or Exclude.
How to Use
- Union: Combines all selected shapes into one. The top shape's color is used.
- Subtract: Removes the top shape from the bottom shape.
- Intersect: Keeps only the overlapping area of selected shapes.
- Exclude: Removes the overlapping area and keeps non-overlapping parts.
Pro Tips
- Boolean results are editable — double-click to edit individual shapes within the boolean group.
- Use Subtract to create cutout effects like ring shapes from circles.
