The Ellipse Tool creates elliptical and circular vector shapes. It is essential for creating icons, avatars, buttons, and circular design elements.
Where to Find It
Press O or select the Ellipse icon from the shape tools in the toolbar.
How to Use
- Draw: Click and drag on the canvas. Hold Shift to constrain to a perfect circle.
- Arc: In the Design panel, adjust the Start and End angle values to create arcs and pie shapes.
- Stroke: Add a stroke and set the stroke alignment to center for ring shapes.
