The Mask Brush paints a protective mask on the mesh surface. Masked areas are unaffected by sculpting brushes, allowing precise control over which areas are modified.
Where to Find It
In Sculpt Mode, press M to toggle mask mode, or hold Ctrl while sculpting to mask.
How to Use
- Mask: Click and drag to paint a red mask on the mesh surface.
- Unmask: Hold Ctrl+Shift and click to remove mask areas.
- Clear mask: Press Alt+M to clear the entire mask.
- Invert: Press Ctrl+I to invert the mask selection.
