The Free Transform Tool combines scaling, rotating, skewing, and perspective distortion into a single tool. It is ideal for advanced transformations and mockup creation.
Where to Find It
Press E or select the Free Transform icon from the toolbar.
How to Use
- Scale: Drag corner handles to resize.
- Rotate: Drag outside a corner handle to rotate.
- Skew: Hold Ctrl (Cmd) and drag a side handle.
- Perspective: Hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt and drag a corner handle.
- Distort: Hold Ctrl (Cmd) and drag a corner handle.
Pro Tips
- Use perspective mode for realistic mockups of screens on angled surfaces.
- Switch between modes in the widget that appears above selected objects.
