Shared Projects help organize your team's work by grouping related files together. You can manage who has access to each project and set permissions.
Where to Find It
On the Figma home page, create projects from the left sidebar. Drag files into projects to organize them.
How to Use
- Create: On your Figma dashboard, click 'New Project' and give it a name.
- Add files: Drag existing files into the project or create new files directly within it.
- Share: Click the Share button on a project to invite team members with view, edit, or admin permissions.
Pro Tips
- Organize projects by product area (e.g., 'Mobile App', 'Marketing Site', 'Design System').
- Use project-level sharing for quick access control without managing individual file permissions.
