The Measure Tool measures distances, angles, and dimensions in the 3D viewport. It is essential for precision modeling and architectural work.
Where to Find It
Nested under the Annotate Tool in the toolbar. Click and hold the Annotate icon to access it.
How to Use
- Measure distance: Click on a starting point, then click an ending point.
- Measure angle: Create three points to measure the angle between them.
- Clear: Select measurements and press Delete, or click Clear in the toolbar.
Pro Tips
- Hold Shift while measuring to snap to geometry edges.
- Keep measurements visible as a reference while modeling.
