Camera Animation lets you create dynamic camera movements by keyframing the camera's position, rotation, and focal length over time for cinematic sequences.
Where to Find It
Select the camera, position it at the start of your shot, and press I to insert location/rotation keyframes.
How to Use
- Keyframe: Press I and select Location + Rotation to set a starting keyframe.
- Timeline: Move to a different frame in the timeline and reposition the camera.
- Path: Add a Bezier Curve and use the camera's Follow Path constraint for smooth tracked moves.
- Easing: Adjust keyframe handles in the Graph Editor for smooth acceleration/deceleration.
Pro Tips
- Use a camera rig (empty + camera as child) for smooth orbital and dolly shots.
- Add a Follow Track constraint for camera moves that follow a path while looking at a target.
