The Contour Tool draws continuous pixel-perfect outlines around shapes. It is ideal for creating clean character silhouettes, precise borders, and smooth contours without gaps.
Where to Find It
Located in the toolbar, grouped with the selection tools. Click and hold the Selection icon to find the Contour Tool.
How to Use
- Draw outline: Click around the area you want to outline. The tool connects pixels automatically.
- Adjust: Hold Shift to constrain to straight lines.
- Fill later: Draw the contour first, then fill the enclosed area.
Pro Tips
- Use the Contour Tool for clean anti-aliased outlines around sprites.
- Combine with the Fill Tool to quickly create colored shapes from contours.
