Key Settings
Erase:Adjust size:[]
The Eraser Tool removes pixels from your active layer. When used on a regular layer, it erases to transparency. On the background layer, it reveals the secondary color.
Where to Find It
Press E or select the eraser icon from the toolbar, grouped with the Pencil and Brush tools.
How to Use
- Erase: Click and drag to remove pixels.
- Adjust size: Use [ and ] to resize.
- Right-click: Erase using the secondary color instead.
Pro Tips
- Use a layer mask instead of erasing for non-destructive editing.
- Combine with the Pencil Tool for clean pixel art corrections.
