How to track objects or faces

Automatically follow moving objects or faces with masks and effects for dynamic compositing.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Step 1: Select the clip and open Effect Controls.
2. Step 2: Go to Opacity and click the Pen or Rectangle icon to create a mask.
3. Step 3: Adjust the mask to cover the object you want to track.
4. Step 4: Next to Mask Path, click the Play/Stop icon to start automatic tracking.
5. Step 5: Premiere Pro analyzes each frame and adjusts the mask to follow the object.
