Create dramatic slow-motion or fast-forward effects by adjusting clip speed.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Right-click the clip in the timeline and choose Speed/Duration (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R).
Step 2:
Enter a percentage: below 100% for slow motion, above 100% for speed up.
Step 3:
Check 'Reverse Speed' to play the clip backward.
Step 4:
Use the Rate Stretch Tool (R) to drag the edge of a clip and adjust speed visually on the timeline.
