How to remove a section from the middle of a clip

Cut out unwanted parts of a clip and close the gap automatically with Ripple Delete.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Use the Razor Tool (C) to cut at the start and end of the section you want to remove.
Step 2:
Switch to the Selection Tool (V) and click the middle section to select it.
Step 3:
Press Delete to remove it, leaving a gap.
Step 4:
Press Shift+Delete for Ripple Delete to remove the section and close the gap automatically.
