How to create a time-lapse

Turn a series of photos or long video footage into a smooth time-lapse sequence.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Import your image sequence: File > Import, navigate to folder, select the first image.
Step 2: Check the 'Image Sequence' checkbox before clicking Import.
Step 3: Premiere creates a video from the sequence. Adjust the frame rate by modifying sequence settings.
Step 4: To make a time-lapse from video, right-click the clip > Speed/Duration and set speed to 500-2000%.
