Improve timeline performance on slower computers by lowering playback resolution.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Look at the bottom of the Program Monitor panel.
Step 2:
Click the resolution dropdown menu (it shows 'Full' by default).
Step 3:
Select '1/2' or '1/4' for better performance during playback.
Step 4:
Switch back to 'Full' when you need to check final quality or export.
