How to add subtitles or captions

Make your videos accessible by adding text subtitles and closed captions.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Go to Window > Text to open the Text panel.
Step 2:
Click the Captions tab and then click 'Create New Caption'.
Step 3:
Type each caption line. Adjust timing by dragging caption blocks in the timeline.
Step 4:
Use the Caption Style options to customize font, size, and color.
Step 5:
Export your video with captions embedded or as a sidecar .SRT file.
