How to Create a Seamless Pattern

Design repeating patterns for backgrounds, textiles, and packaging using the Pattern Options panel.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Step 1: Draw your pattern elements on the artboard.
2. Step 2: Select all the elements and go to Object > Pattern > Make.
3. Step 3: The Pattern Options panel will open. Choose a Tile Type (Grid, Brick by Row, etc.).
4. Step 4: Adjust the Width, Height, and spacing of the tile box.
5. Step 5: Click 'Done' at the top of the screen to save the pattern to your Swatches panel.
