How to Create a Drop Shadow Effect

Add depth and dimension to your vector shapes and text using non-destructive effects.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Select the object or text you want to apply the shadow to.
Step 2:
Go to Effect > Stylize > Drop Shadow.
Step 3:
Adjust the Mode (usually Multiply), Opacity, X and Y Offset, and Blur.
Step 4:
Check the 'Preview' box to see the changes in real-time.
Step 5:
Click OK. You can edit this later in the Appearance panel.
