Turn flat 2D vectors into 3D objects using Illustrator's built-in 3D engine.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1:
Draw a flat 2D shape (like a star or text).
Step 2:
Go to Effect > 3D and Materials > 3D (Classic) > Extrude & Bevel (Classic).
Step 3:
Check the 'Preview' box and adjust the rotation angles (X, Y, Z) to find your perspective.
Step 4:
Increase the 'Extrude Depth' to give the object thickness.
Step 5:
Click 'More Options' to adjust the lighting and surface shading.
