The Mesh Tool creates realistic shading and complex color transitions using a grid of mesh points. Each point can have its own color, creating smooth, photorealistic gradients.
Where to Find It
Press U or select the Mesh Tool icon from the toolbar.
How to Use
- Create mesh: Click on a shape to add a mesh point with the current fill color.
- Add points: Click on the shape to add more mesh points.
- Color points: Select a mesh point and change its color for local color variation.
- Move points: Drag mesh points to adjust the gradient flow.
Pro Tips
- Use fewer mesh points for smooth gradients, more for detailed shading.
