The Flare Tool creates realistic lens flare effects with a bright center, rays, rings, and halos. It mimics the optical flare effect created by bright light sources in photography.

Nested under the Rectangle Tool in the shape tools group.
How to Use
- Create flare: Click and drag to set the center and size of the flare.
- Add rings: Click again to position flare rings.
- Edit: Double-click the Flare Tool icon to adjust default settings.
