The Blend Tool creates smooth transitions between two or more objects, interpolating both shape and color. Use it for creating complex gradients, 3D-like effects, and repeating patterns.
Where to Find It
Press W or select the Blend icon from the toolbar.
How to Use
- Create blend: Select two objects, then choose Object > Blend > Make.
- Custom: Use the Blend Tool to click on anchor points of each object.
- Adjust steps: Object > Blend > Blend Options to set the number of steps.
- Release: Object > Blend > Release to separate back into individual objects.
