The Main Component is the source of truth for all its instances. Any changes made to the main component automatically propagate to every instance throughout your files.
Where to Find It
Main components appear in the Assets panel with a purple four-diamond icon. They are created when you press Ctrl+Alt+K on a group of layers.
How to Use
- Identify: Main components have a solid purple diamond icon in the Layers panel. Instances have a hollow diamond.
- Edit: Double-click the main component to edit it. All instances update automatically.
- Publish: Main components can be published to Team Libraries for sharing.

- Keep main components in a dedicated pages or section for easy access.
- Use the Assets panel to find, organize, and insert main components into your designs.
